The Clintons have pushed back their deposition dates for the House Oversight Committee\u2019s investigation<\/a> into notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been expected to testify before the panel last week on Oct. 9 \u2014 but did not appear \u2014 and former President Bill Clinton was slated to be grilled on his ties to Epstein<\/a> on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But an Oversight Committee spokesperson told The Post Monday that the panel is \u201chaving conversations with the Clintons\u2019 attorney to accommodate their schedules.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe deposition won\u2019t occur tomorrow,\u201d the spokesperson said of Bill\u2019s upcoming testimony.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Clintons were subpoenaed in early August by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) as part of the panel\u2019s review of the federal government\u2019s probe into Epstein and his convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody in America wants to know what went on in Epstein Island, and we\u2019ve all heard reports that Bill Clinton was a frequent visitor there, so he\u2019s a prime suspect to be deposed by the House Oversight Committee,\u201d Comer said<\/a> of the former president\u2019s subpoena during an interview with Newsmax in August.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Kentucky Republican, who has led the Oversight panel since January 2023, described the Clinton summons as \u201cthe most challenging subpoena I\u2019ve ever issued.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c[B]ut what makes this subpoena different is that the Democrats voted with Republicans,\u201d Comer added.<\/p>\n

Epstein, who died in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges, visited the White House at least 17 times<\/a> \u2014 beginning shortly after Bill Clinton was sworn into office in 1993.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The late financier also donated $10,000 to the in 1993 to the White House Historical Association, according to the former first lady\u2019s files<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bill Clinton has acknowledged traveling aboard Epstein\u2019s infamous \u201cLolita Express\u201d plane. <\/p>\n

Bill Clinton was among several of the pedophile\u2019s pals, including President Trump, who appeared to have penned entries for Epstein\u2019s infamous 50th \u201cbirthday book\u201d in 2003<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In Clinton\u2019s purported note to Epstein, released by the Oversight Committee last month, the former president writes: \u201cIt\u2019s reassuring isn\u2019t it, to have lasted so long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and [illegible], and still to have your childlike curiosity.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Maxwell, who reportedly compiled the entries in the book gifted to Epstein, told Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche<\/a> earlier this year that Bill Clinton was her friend, and not Epstein\u2019s.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cPresident Clinton was my friend, not Epstein\u2019s friend,\u201d Maxwell said in a jailhouse interview with the Justice Department official. \u201cPresident Clinton liked me, and we got along terribly well.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I never saw that warmth with Mr. Epstein.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse minors.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She also claimed in her interview with Blanche that the former president \u201cabsolutely never\u201d went to Epstein\u2019s infamous island.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The former president acknowledged in his 2024 book<\/a> \u201cCitizen: My Life After the White House\u201d that he flew aboard Epstein\u2019s private plane \u2014 nicknamed the Lolita Express \u2014 in connection to his work with his Clinton Global Initiative nonprofit, but denied visiting Epstein\u2019s island.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI wish I had never met him,\u201d Clinton wrote of Epstein, adding that traveling on his plane was \u201cnot worth the years of questioning afterward.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
