EAST HAMPTON, New York \u2014 Alec Baldwin and his brother, Stephen, escaped serious injury Monday when they crashed their vehicle into a tree.<\/p>\n
In a post on Instagram<\/a>, Alec Baldwin said he and his brother are OK. He said he crashed his wife\u2019s Range Rover while trying to avoid a garbage truck that had cut them off.<\/p>\n \u201cThis morning, I was in a car accident. A guy cut me off in a truck, a big garbage truck the size of a whale,\u201d said Baldwin, 67. \u201cTo avoid hitting him, I hit a tree. I hit a big, fat tree. It crushed my wife\u2019s car.<\/p>\n \u201cI crushed my wife\u2019s car; I feel bad about that,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s all fine; I\u2019m fine.
