He represents shipowners, operators, insurers, logistics companies, railroads, trucking and other transportation clients in high-stakes litigation, regulatory proceedings, and commercial transactions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\"><strong>Buhler<\/strong> is board-certified in admiralty and maritime law and international law. He advises and represents clients in shipping, trade, environmental compliance and government contracting before federal and state courts and administrative bodies worldwide.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p7\" class=\"permalinkable\"><strong>Moser<\/strong> is a litigator focused on business, maritime and transportation law. He represents clients contract claims, cargo and logistics disputes, vessel-related matters, railroad and trucking issues and commercial leasing conflicts in state and federal courts.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p8\" class=\"permalinkable\"><strong>Parrish<\/strong> is a trial lawyer with more than 45 years of experience in maritime, environmental and civil litigation. He represents shipowners, insurers, manufacturers and businesses in disputes including vessel collisions, marine insurance coverage, environmental claims and catastrophic personal injury and death cases. His practice also includes class action defense and product liability.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p9\" class=\"permalinkable\">Poitier is a litigator practicing defense in maritime, railroad, trucking and criminal\/white-collar matters. She represents corporate clients and insurers in civil litigation, including product claims, transportation-sector liability, railroad law, and serious personal injury cases.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p10\" class=\"permalinkable\"><strong>Proctor<\/strong> focuses her practice on maritime, transportation and business litigation, representing clients in matters under the Jones Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers\u2019 Compensation Act and maritime torts such as personal injury, vessel collisions and salvage. She also advises on trucking liability and commercial disputes, handling cases in state and federal courts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h853871-p11\" class=\"permalinkable\"><strong>Trippe\u00a0<\/strong>is a trial lawyer, counselor and legal executive who focuses his practice on civil litigation, transportation law, government practice and alternative dispute resolution.
