(The couple had been dating on and off since 1999.) <\/p>\n<p>The 23-foot wide Italianate brownstone at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compass.com\/listing\/42-barrow-street-manhattan-ny-10014\/1945893761795889593\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">42 Barrow St.<\/a> \u2014 one of six in a row \u2014 was briefly for sale last year, before it was pulled off the market after six months last October, according to Streeteasy. Marcus Santos<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1851, the 5,336-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-story home is part of the Greenwich Village Historic District. <\/p>\n<p>The renovated home is anchored by a chef\u2019s kitchen and also boasts a library and a main bedroom suite that takes up the entire fourth floor, with a double-height skylight, a spa-like bath, a dressing area and custom closets.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also a garden, an elevator and a finished basement, with room for a gym. <\/p>\n<p>Design details include high ceilings, hardwood floors and seven wood-burning fireplaces, as well as a third-floor terrace. A garden-level bedroom floor has an additional kitchen, plus access to the back garden. B\u00fcndchen sold the property to its current owners for $12.95 million in 2009, the year she married NFL quarterback legend <strong>Tom Brady<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Divorced in 2022, B\u00fcndchen and Brady share two children: <strong>Benjamin<\/strong> and <strong>Vivian<\/strong>. B\u00fcndchen had a third child, a boy, with her jiu-jitsu instructor boyfriend, <strong>Joaquim Valente<\/strong>, in February. Brady also has a son, <strong>Jack<\/strong>, with <strong>Bridget Moynahan<\/strong>.
