Taylor Swift<\/a> is a queen selling dreams, selling makeup and, now, beauty products. <\/p>\n

In the trailer for \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d singer\u2019s six-episode Disney+ docuseries “<\/a>The End of An Era<\/a>,” which debuts in December, eagle-eyed fans noticed that in a clip of Swift winding down after an Eras Tour show, she showed off a selection of her go-to beauty products. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll not be able to get to sleep,\u201d Swift, donning her “Midnights” era bodysuit as she runs herself a bath, admits in the documentary trailer, released Oct. 13<\/a>. \u201c\u2018Cause I can\u2019t, like, come down. So I just watched tons of TV, I eat room service in bed, I signed a box of 2,000 CDs, and then I\u2019m tired. And then I do the whole thing again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the bathroom though, as Swift removes her false lashes, fans noticed an array of products lined up around her bathtub, including Dr. Barbara Sturm cleansing cream<\/a>, Tata Harper regenerating cleanser, <\/a>Christophe Robin shampoo<\/a> and conditioner<\/a> and Ouai St. Barts bodywash<\/a>. <\/p>\n

And while Swift has never revealed her Eras Tour beauty secrets herself, her makeup artist Lorrie Turk has previously revealed the truth behind her iconic red lip. <\/p>\n

\u201cSo many people asking about this lipstick that Taylor wears all the time,\u201d Turk wrote in an Instagram Story last year. \u201cIt\u2019s NARS Morocco Lipstick.<\/a> She\u2019s worn it for years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift, for her part, has at least given insight into her relaxation routine following her three-hour show. <\/p>\n

\u201cI do not leave my bed except to get food and take it back to my bed and eat it there,\u201d Swift explained to Time<\/a> in 2023 of her post-show routine. \u201cIt\u2019s a dream scenario. I can barely speak because I\u2019ve been singing for three shows straight. Every time I take a step my feet go \u2018crunch, crunch, crunch\u2019 from dancing in heels.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, all of that rest came with a lot of training, too. <\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud,\u201d Swift reflected of her pre-show workout regimen. \u201cFast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs.\u201d<\/p>\n

As she put it, \u201cI wanted to be so over-rehearsed that I could be silly with the fans, and not lose my train of thought.\u201d <\/p>\n

After 149 shows, Swift more than proved she\u2019s a real tough kid and can handle anything. <\/p>\n
