Initial move-ins for the first 100 residents at the complex located at 20700 N. 55th Street in Phoenix are scheduled for January.<\/p>\n<p>The first 20 residents to sign leases will be offered Founder\u2019s Club membership worth an estimated $500.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe designed this building to meet the growing housing demand from growing local employers, including The Mayo Clinic, American Express, Avnet and Republic Services, among others,\u201d Managing Partner at SofMac Partners Jorge Pi\u00f1a said.<\/p>\n<p>SofMac is an equity partner for <a href=\"https:\/\/azurcitynorth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Azur<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAzur reflects our commitment to elevated living in Desert Ridge,\u201d Greystar Desert Managing Director for Development Billy Cundiff said.<\/p>\n<p>Greystar is a global <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/arizona-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">real estate<\/a> platform with multiple properties in the Valley, including Marlowe Peoria Place and Album Surprise.<\/p>\n<p>What is special about Azur?<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s just one aspect of the CityNorth urban core, which is set to have more than 3,400 apartment units, two million square feet of office space, 1,000 hotel rooms and multiple restaurants adjacent to Desert Ridge.<\/p>\n<p>The floor plans at Azur will have one- and two-bedroom options with stainless steel appliances, oversized windows and a full-size washer and dryer in every home.
