In a new post on X today, Apple\u2019s marketing VP Greg Joswiak teases that \u201csomething powerful is coming,\u201d accompanied by a graphic clearly showing the side profile of a MacBook Pro.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some things that stand out to me in Joz\u2019s teaser: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The MacBook looks blue \u2026 maybe the sky blue of the MacBook Air and iPhone Air expands to the MacBook Pro this generation? <\/li>\n<li>The MacBook Pro is in the shape of a \u201cV,\u201d which is also the Roman numeral for the number 5, hinting at the M5 chip. <\/li>\n<li>Joz\u2019s post says \u201cMmmmm\u201d \u2026 a distinct use of five M\u2019s. Another hint at the M5 chip. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The teaser doesn\u2019t share any additional details other than further announcement is \u201ccoming soon.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>According to rumors <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/10\/12\/gurman-three-new-apple-products-likely-launching-this-week\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">from the likes of Bloomberg<\/a>, Apple is set to release multiple new products soon, including the M5 MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Vision Pro. Apple will reportedly release the base model MacBook Pro ahead of the more powerful M5 Pro and M5 Max configurations, which aren\u2019t expected until early next year.  <\/p>\n<p>Are you planning to buy a new M5 MacBook Pro this year?
