A Florida mother was slapped with more than 40 charges after allegedly forcing her 11-year-old daughter to perform various sex acts on video that she distributed to disturbed perverts.<\/p>\n

The mother, whose name and age were not shared, was arrested at her home in St. Petersburg, Fla. on Monday after authorities busted a 38-year-old man who obtained and viewed child pornography the woman allegedly sent him, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

The mother sent at least 14 explicit videos filmed between March and April of her daughter performing a variety of sex acts, including bestiality with the family\u2019s pet dog, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said in a video shared on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe things that the mother did to the daughter are graphic, and they are grotesque,\u201d Gualtieri said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese cases are the worst cases of child abuse and in this case, it\u2019s not just sexually abusing a child, it\u2019s gross sexual abuse of a young girl by her mother to satisfy an adult with a perverse craving for watching kids engaged in sex acts,\u201d Gualtieri added.<\/p>\n

The mother and the 38-year-old, who was in possession of the pornography, likely met online, the sheriff speculated. Authorities are still looking into whether money was exchanged.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear if the videos were sent to any other people or how many videos the mother forced her daughter to participate in.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe the rest of the victim\u2019s family wasn\u2019t aware of the ongoing abuse and that it didn\u2019t extend to her other sibling. <\/p>\n

The victim was permitted to stay in her father\u2019s custody, but Gualtieri noted that the Department of Children and Families is \u201cvery involved\u201d alongside other victim advocates.<\/p>\n

The sheriff was appalled as he noted that his office had booked 84 people on more than 900 charges of possessing or distributing child pornography since the start of the year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is nuts, I don\u2019t know how else to describe it. It\u2019s ruining kids\u2019 lives,\u201d Gualtieri said.<\/p>\n

The mother was booked in the county jail and showed her face in court on Tuesday, where the victim\u2019s father was also in attendance. He appeared to be praying at several moments during the hearing, Fox 13<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

The judge ordered the mother not to have contact with her traumatized daughter.<\/p>\n
