{"id":305203,"date":"2025-10-15T11:20:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T11:20:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/305203\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T11:20:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T11:20:11","slug":"philadelphia-man-charged-in-assaulting-woman-in-trainer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/305203\/","title":{"rendered":"Philadelphia man charged in assaulting woman in Trainer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Philadelphia man has been charged with assaulting a woman during an argument in Trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Dennis Fritze, 48, was charged by police with aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n<p>Trainer Police Chief Francis Priscopo said police were called to the 1300 block of Sunset Street on Tuesday about 2:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The couple were arguing in a vehicle in that block when Fritze allegedly cut the victim on the leg. She refused medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Fritze was arraigned by District Judge Andrew Goldberg who set bail at 10 percent of $100,000.<\/p>\n<p>Fritze was not able to post the funds and so was taken to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility to await a scheduled Oct. 22nd preliminary hearing before District Judge Shepard Garner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A Philadelphia man has been charged with assaulting a woman during an argument in Trainer.
