The Torta Milanesa feels like the kind of sandwich you\u2019d find on a side street in Mexico City \u2014 crispy breaded beef stacked on soft Telera bread, layered with smashed black beans, creamy mayo, crisp lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, and avocado.
