The average game audience for FanDuel Sports Network Detroit broadcasts \u201cwas about\u201d 302,600, including linear and streaming platforms, representing a 54% increase from 2024. According to FDSN, linear (traditional TV), viewership \u201cwas up over\u201d 101% from 2024 as the Tigers \u201cstarted strong out of the gate\u201d and hung to make back-to-back playoff appearances. The Tigers said that was the \u201clargest increase, year over year,\u201d in all of MLB. The Tigers had \u201cmore than\u201d 200,000 unique streamers in 2025, up 61% from 2024. The franchise also averaged 53,500 streamers per game, up 120% year over year. The Tigers\u2019 average local-market rating (4.59) was third highest for any team in MLB, behind only the Phillies and Brewers. The Tigers re-upped with Main Street Sports Group for the 2025 season, but for a \u201creduced rights fee\u201d as the parent company was emerging from bankruptcy.
