{"id":309492,"date":"2025-10-17T01:29:10","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T01:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/309492\/"},"modified":"2025-10-17T01:29:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T01:29:10","slug":"dallas-man-arrested-accused-of-using-tiktok-to-solicit-others-to-kill-ice-agents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/309492\/","title":{"rendered":"Dallas man arrested, accused of using TikTok to solicit others to kill ICE agents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">A man from Mexico who was living in Dallas was arrested earlier this week after he allegedly created TikTok posts to solicit people to kill ICE agents, according to a news release Thursday from federal prosecutors. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Eduardo Aguilar, 23, is facing charges of transmitting in interstate or foreign commerce a communication containing a threat following his arrest Tuesday, the release from the U.S. Department of Justice said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Aguilar made an initial appearance Wednesday afternoon before a federal magistrate judge in Dallas, according to authorities. The judge ordered that he remain in federal custody.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">According to court records, the Spanish social media post was published on TikTok on Oct. 9 and said \u201cI need 10 dudes in Dallas with determination (guts) who aren\u2019t afraid to [two skull emojis],\u201d according to the release.
