{"id":312357,"date":"2025-10-18T03:11:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-18T03:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/312357\/"},"modified":"2025-10-18T03:11:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-18T03:11:12","slug":"valley-metro-announces-service-changes-in-downtown-phoenix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/312357\/","title":{"rendered":"Valley Metro announces service changes in downtown Phoenix"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 Bus service in downtown Phoenix will undergo major changes, Valley Metro announced on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The service changes will be implemented on Oct. 27 to better the connections between local bus, Express\/RAPID routes and the light rail, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valleymetro.org\/maps-schedules\/october-2025-service-changes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the regional transit system said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What service changes did Valley Metro announce in downtown Phoenix?<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">The <strong>Washington\/Central Avenue station<\/strong> will reopen during all service hours, while also serving as a stop for B Line passengers.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Greg Stanton Central Station<\/strong> will reopen and serve routes 0, 1, 3, 7, 10 and DASH.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple bus stops in downtown Phoenix will also be relocated, and Express and RAPID routes will both be modified to use the Downtown Phoenix Hub.<\/p>\n<p>The Paradise Valley Transit Center will also relocate, affecting routes 44 and 138.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">More than 30 bus and RAPID routes will see schedule adjustments as a result of the changes.
