A total of 1,600 valid responses were received for the survey, which was conducted in July 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"photo_box_c_v2\" style=\"width: 500px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887922.png\" class=\"fancybox\" rel=\"gallery\" data-libid=\"2887922\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887922.png\" data-libid=\"2887922\" alt=\"Reason for Mid-Career Recruitment\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When companies were asked to list their reasons for engaging in mid-career recruitment, the most common answer cited was to \u201csupplement the workforce with immediately effective personnel,\u201d (48.4%), followed by \u201crespond to an increase in employee resignations\u201d (32.4%) and \u201cexpand existing business operations\u201d (30.3%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"photo_box_c_v2\" style=\"width: 400px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887928.png\" class=\"fancybox\" rel=\"gallery\" data-libid=\"2887928\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887928.png\" data-libid=\"2887928\" alt=\"Intentions Regarding Mid-Career Recruitment\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As for future intentions regarding mid-career recruitment, 54% of the companies surveyed said that they would \u201cbecome more proactive,\u201d far exceeding the 7.4% who said they would \u201cbecome less proactive.\u201d By industry, the highest percentage of companies planning to be more proactive, at 59.1%, could be found in the finance, insurance, and consulting sectors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"photo_box_c_v2\" style=\"width: 400px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887929.png\" class=\"fancybox\" rel=\"gallery\" data-libid=\"2887929\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2887929.png\" data-libid=\"2887929\" alt=\"Views on the Number of Full-Time Employees\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For the most recent six-month period, from January to June 2025, 27% of the companies surveyed felt they had too many full-time employees, while 45.8% said that it seemed they did not have enough.
