In a photo published by TMZ<\/a>, Denise Richards\u2019 estranged husband was seen with a big grin on his face as he posed alongside a California bondswoman Friday night.<\/p>\n

Phypers wore a light blue button down shirt that he tucked into a pair of dark jeans. He paired the look with a black suit jacket.<\/p>\n

Phypers, 53, was arrested on spousal abuse charges in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday amid his contentious divorce<\/a> from Richards.<\/p>\n

Witnesses told Fox News that Phypers was heard shouting and arguing with sheriffs while on an escalator as they returned to the court to retrieve his cell phone and belongings. <\/p>\n

Hours later, he bailed himself out of the Lost Hills Sheriff\u2019s Station after satisfying his $200,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Richards was previously granted a temporary restraining order against her ex in July after claiming Phypers once gave her a black eye during an argument. <\/p>\n

At the time, Phypers denied Richards\u2019 abuse allegations as a source alleged Richards gave herself the injury<\/a> while drinking. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis is consistent with the ongoing untruthfulness of Denise Richards, who is trying to hide her alcohol problem,\u201d the insider claimed to the Daily Mail. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat photo was taken in winter 2022, and the fact is she was drunk at the time and fell coming up the steps to Aaron\u2019s [since-closed holistic medical] clinic, Q360.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, the \u201cWild Things\u201d star is looking to make her restraining order against her ex a permanent one. <\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Richards, 54,\u00a0testified that Phypers became violent\u00a0<\/a>with her on multiple occasions.<\/p>\n

In a harrowing testimony, Richards told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Phypers had given her \u201cat least three concussions\u201d during their relationship, according to People.<\/p>\n

In addition to an incident on Jan. 17, 2022 that resulted in her black eye, she also alleged that Phypers \u201cslammed [her] up against the concrete wall and [her] head hit it.\u201d in a second incident that occurred sometime between March to May 2022. <\/p>\n

Phypers hit back at Richards\u2019 claims<\/a> during their restraining order hearing last Wednesday, telling his attorney that \u201cyes,\u201d it\u2019s safe to say Richards \u201cbruises easily,\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Quantum360 owner \u2014 who previously accused Richards of abusing painkillers and alcohol<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 further testified that he had no recollection of the black eye. Though, he did remember Richards being \u201cbruised\u201d around the eye at that time. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff.
