\n\tThe comedian recently reflected on a joke he made on the Peacock<\/a> dating series that didn\u2019t land well with audiences.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a recent interview, Stirling recalled mentioning beloved Islander Jeremiah Brown, who was dumped by his fellow Islanders in one of the shocking twists of the season. Following his exit from the villa, viewers have been hopeful he would return to the show to continue exploring after a tumultuous time with Huda Mustafa.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Episode 21, Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe were given another chance to return to the villa after being dumped, and Stirling joked Jeremiah was returning as their waiter on their date<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019ll be honest, it was, perhaps, a misjudgment by me,\u201d Stirling told E! News<\/a>. \u201cI genuinely thought people would appreciate the nod to him, because we very rarely talk about it, but if you think about it, it\u2019s an unwritten rule that I never really joke about the islanders once they\u2019ve gone. I\u2019ll maybe do a joke as they\u2019re leaving. So it\u2019s a big deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStirling noted that \u201cit was a genuine statement of love that I mentioned Jeremiah after he\u2019d already left the show,\u201d adding, \u201cI thought people would be, \u2018Oh, that\u2019s funny.\u2019 He was such an intrinsic part of the show. Some people did take it as such, and then some people sadly didn\u2019t, and I apologize to those people.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe comedian not only narrates Love Island USA, but also continues narrating Love Island UK for ITV2.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the rise in popularity of Love Island USA, Stirling has set two dates to bring his stand-up comedy show to the United States<\/a>. Stirling will perform at the Improv in Los Angeles on October 22, 2025, and then in New York City on October 29, 2025, at the Manhattan Gramercy Theatre.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a recent interview with Deadline, Stirling talked about his excitement about bringing his comedy to the U.S.<\/p>\n
