Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez avoided a run-in at the Academy Museum Gala 2025<\/a> after reigniting their long-standing feud.<\/p>\n

The Rhode founder enjoyed a girls\u2019 night out with her best friend Kendall Jenner at the A-list event in Los Angeles on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Biber, 28, looked chic, donning an espresso brown corset gown, while the \u201cKardashians\u201d star, 29, sported a black sleeveless dress.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Gomez, 33, and her husband, Benny Blanco, made their first appearance as a married couple on the carpet.<\/p>\n

The \u201cOnly Murders in the Building\u201d star sported a black strapless dress with a blazer draped over her shoulders.<\/p>\n

Blanco, 37, matched his wife\u2019s attire with a black suit and a silk striped shirt.<\/p>\n

The couple, who tied the knot<\/a> in September, lovingly held hands as they posed for photographers.<\/p>\n

Gomez and Bieber, 28, walked the carpet at separate times, after the latter appeared to have shaded the actress<\/a> while chatting with the Wall Street Journal in an interview published on Oct. 14.<\/p>\n

During the interview, the Rhode Skin founder was asked how she feels about the competition with her beauty products now being sold at Sephora<\/a>, alongside other brands, including Gomez\u2019s Rare Beauty brand.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think there is space for everybody,\u201d Bieber told the outlet.<\/p>\n

While the model didn\u2019t mention Rare Beauty in particular, she added, \u201cI don\u2019t feel competitive with people that I\u2019m not inspired by.\u201d<\/p>\n

The businesswoman also commented on shoppers comparing the brands, saying, \u201cIt\u2019s always annoying being pitted against other people. I didn\u2019t ask for that.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen people want to see you a certain way and they\u2019ve made up a story about you in their minds, it\u2019s not up to you to change that.\u201d<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Hailey, who married Gomez\u2019s ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber<\/a> in 2018, told Page Six that her comments weren\u2019t directly \u201cabout Selena Gomez.\u201d<\/p>\n

For years, Bieber and Gomez have been pitted against each other. Tyrell Hampton<\/p>\n

Last week, Bieber reignited her feud with the actress while commenting on how she felt about Rhode Skin being sold at Sephora alongside other beauty brands. lilbieber\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Gomez later commented on Hailey\u2019s remarks<\/a> via her Instagram Stories, writing, \u201cJust leave the girl alone. She can say whatever she wants.<\/p>\n

\u201cDoesn\u2019t affect my life whatsoever. It\u2019s just about relevance not intelligence. Be kind. All brands inspire me. There is room for everyone. And hopefully we can all stop.\u201d<\/p>\n
