Food Network<\/a>\u2018s weekend talk show \u201cThe Kitchen<\/a>\u201d will conclude this DEcember after 10 years and more than 40 seasons.<\/p>\n

\n\tCo-hosted by Sunny Anderson, Katie Lee Biegel, Jeff Mauro, Geoffrey Zakarian and recurring guest star Alex Guarnaschelli, the Emmy-nominated series focused on discussing recipes, food trends and family meal tips debuted in January 2014 and will sign off with its final episode on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 11 a.m. ET.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to a source close to production, the show\u2019s cancellation comes as the network is evaluating resources and its priorities heading into the new year\u2019s lineup of programming, and as Warner Bros. Discovery moves forward with its plans to split up the linear channels portion of the business from the streaming services and studio.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cFor over a decade Sunny, Katie, Jeff, Geoffrey and more recently Alex have engaged audiences with their individual and distinct food sensibilities and sense of humor that together make \u2018The Kitchen\u2019 a delicious way to spend an hour,\u201d Warner Bros. Discovery head of food content Betsy Ayala said. \u201cEveryone knows all good parties end up in \u2018The Kitchen,\u2019 where the conversation, laughs and food flow; the best parties probably end a little bit earlier then some guests would like, but we\u2019ve got twelve years of memories and wanted to celebrate this team\u2019s hard work during one final holiday season.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tMemorable guests across \u201cThe Kitchen\u2019s\u201d 10-year run have included actors Daniel Radcliffe, Regina King, Tony Shalhoub, Susan Lucci, Debi Mazar, Haylie Duff, Melissa Gilbert, Angela Kinsey, Bridget Moynahan, Raven-Symone and Tiffani Thiessen; musicians Martina McBride, Rev Run, Vanilla Ice, Trisha Yearwood, Joey Fatone; media hosts Willie Geist, Sunny Hostin, Kathie Lee Gifford, Daphne Oz; fashion icon Isaac Mizrahi; and, of course, celebrity chefs like Martha Stewart, Lidia Bastianich, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, Ree Drummond and Carla Hall.<\/p>\n
