The event brought together dozens of employers and over a hundred job seekers eager to explore new career opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s fair proved to be a resounding success, with 30 employersin attendance, offering a wide range of job openings across industries. The event welcomed\u00a0162 job seekers, resulting in\u00a0116 on-site interviews\u00a0and an impressive\u00a084 potential hires.<\/p>\n<p>Participating employers included major regional and national organizations such as\u00a0U.S. Border Patrol, Starr County Sheriff\u2019s Office, McAllen Careers Institute, Southern Careers Institute, Starr County Memorial Hospital, Wonderful Citrus, IOC Trucking, LLC., Domino\u2019s Pizza, McDonald\u2019s, Legacy Home Health Agency, Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (Valley Metro), Alpha Care Home Health, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, RGV CDL Services, LLC., Border Region, Walmart, Starr County Juvenile Probation, Nuestra Clinica Del Valle, South Texas College Valley Promise, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division Region IV, MET, Inc., and Mint Orthodontics, among others.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Advertisement &#8211;<a data-bid=\"1\" data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/texasborderbusiness.com\/linkout\/172225\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"notrack\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"COSTEP ARTICLE INLINE 728\u00d7160[38]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/COSTEP-ARTICLE-INLINE-728x16038-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"160\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Through partnerships and community collaboration, the event provided a platform for job seekers to connect directly with hiring employers, enhance their r\u00e9sum\u00e9s, and gain valuable career guidance.
