There aren’t many NFL sideline reporters as popular as Melanie Collins, that’s for sure.<\/p>\n

Collins has established herself as one of the best in the business since landing her big break in 2018. She’s currently part of the broadcast crew that features\u00a0Kevin Harlan and Trent Green. They’re expected to run it back for CBS Sports this fall.<\/p>\n

Prior to becoming a sideline reporter for CBS, Collins spent time at ESPN as a temporary host for “First Take” and “SportsNation.” Additionally, she covered marquee events such as the Winter Olympics and Stanley Cup Playoffs.<\/p>\n

Even though Collins is still a few months away from returning to the spotlight, she seems to be enjoying her offseason.<\/p>\n

On Friday night, Collins went viral for\u00a0sharing a photo of her wearing a stunning dress<\/a>\u00a0on her\u00a0Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

It’s been an eventful week for Collins, who had to save her foster puppy.\u00a0She shared a photo of a smashed car window along with this caption: “When your foster puppy locks himself in the car with your phone and keys in 93 degree heat.”<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Collins handled that situation like a total pro.<\/p>\n

Of course, Collins would like to avoid any scary scenarios like that for the rest of the NFL offseason.<\/p>\n
