Taylor Wessing has hired Lynda Nyhan as a partner and head of the firm\u2019s new Irish employment practice.<\/p>\n
Ms Nyhan, an accomplished employment specialist, joins from ICON plc, where she was the lead employment counsel for EMEA and APAC.<\/p>\n
Her appointment directly addresses increasing client demand for premium employment law support and aligns with Taylor Wessing\u2019s ambitious international growth strategy, the firm said today.<\/p>\n
Ms Nyhan has extensive experience across a wide range of employment advisory areas with particular experience in M&A and restructuring transactions, high-value disputes, and complex dismissal cases.<\/p>\n
As lead employment counsel in respect of 30 countries in EMEA and APAC, Ms Nyhan has worked on multiple cross-border matters.<\/p>\n
