Nix<\/strong> explores the out-of-print film\u2019s legacy in the 75-minute retrospective, streaming for free below.<\/p>\n<p>It features interviews with co-writer <strong>John Lau<\/strong> and actors <strong>Tom Amandes, Brittany Byrnes, Joseph Clements, Craig Marriott, <\/strong>and<strong> Alan Flower<\/strong> alongside never-before-seen photos from the production.<\/p>\n<p>Based on a concept by Goosebumps and Fear Street author <strong>R.L. Stine<\/strong>, When Good Ghouls Go Bad premiered as part of Fox Family\u2019s 13 Nights of Halloween programming in October 2001.<\/p>\n<p>In the film, when 12-year-old Danny Walker moves to his father\u2019s hometown in Minnesota, he finds that the town doesn\u2019t celebrate Halloween and things aren\u2019t quite what they appear to be.<\/p>\n<p>The movie is\u00a0perhaps most notably due to the fact that lead actor <strong>Joe Pichler<\/strong> went missing at the age of 18 under mysterious circumstances in 2006.
