Travel time on this stretch is up to 41 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Another significant delay is going northbound on Loop 12, near Jefferson to I-635. Traffic is moving about 23 mph for about 12 miles. Travel time is 31 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collisions and lane closures<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">A few minor collisions are popping up across the region, according to TxDOT\u2019s map, with seemingly no major disruptions to traffic flow as of 8 a.m. Most of the reported incidents had at least one lane closure. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">One collision to note, however, was on I-35E northbound at Wintergreen Road in Desoto.
