Dakota Johnson<\/a> has caught our eyes on many red carpets, and now she\u2019s giving us some insight on her affinity for sheer attire.<\/p>\n

In an interview with German Vogue published on Tuesday,<\/a> Johnson was asked if she ever felt that her red carpet ensembles might have been \u201ctoo sexy.\u201d Her response reflected the confidence of someone entirely comfortable in their own skin.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really don\u2019t care,\u201d Johnson responded. \u201cI\u2019ve been able to wear some of the most beautiful dresses, and I feel beautiful in them, so I wear them.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Johnson explained, her choice of outfits are guided by comfort, but she confessed that every outfit doesn\u2019t always hit the mark.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes those dresses look good on me,\u201d she continued. \u201cBut there are also some we\u2019ve tried on that didn\u2019t look good at all. It depends on the shape, the finish, the color, and everything else.\u201d<\/p>\n

But for the \u201cHow to Be Single\u201d actor, the moral of the story is that if she likes it, she\u2019ll wear it. <\/p>\n

In September, Johnson was honored with the Golden Eye<\/a> award for the progress she\u2019s made in her career. She donned a sheer, royal blue Gucci gown, with a see-through bodice and completed the look with an assortment of jewels by Roberto Coin.
