died with bystanders seen rushing to his aid immediately after the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-1n6q21n-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">The 18-year-old was seen clinging to the rear of a tram on Errol St in West <a class=\"css-1lg16vp-StyledTextLink ezegcyi0\" data-link-type=\"article-inline\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/7news.com.au\/news\/melbourne\" rel=\"noopener\">Melbourne<\/a> about 10.45pm on September 29 when he lost his grip and fell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-1n6q21n-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">CCTV from the scene showed the teen tragically falling onto the road before losing e4e0a020\">His friends and passersby rushed to help him before he was taken to hospital with catastrophic head injuries, where he later died.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-1n6q21n-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cPolice were not notified of the incident at the time but have since investigated the matter,\u201d <a class=\"css-1lg16vp-StyledTextLink ezegcyi0\" data-link-type=\"article-inline\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/7news.com.au\/news\/victoria-police\" rel=\"noopener\">Victoria Police<\/a> said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-1n6q21n-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">A report has been prepared for the Coroner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-1n6q21n-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant footage or information is urged to contact police.<\/p>\n<p><a
