A slow-moving train was reported traveling on the tracks when the conductor said he saw a woman, who appeared to by crying, standing on the tracks. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">The train struck the woman, and officers helped get her out from under the train when they arrived at the scene. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"A woman has serious injuries after she was hit by a slow-moving train late Wednesday night in...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ZOIHHU6LLZCLBEEG5AEXND6XUA.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>A woman has serious injuries after she was hit by a slow-moving train late Wednesday night in Glendale.(AZFamily)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">First responders provided medical care to the woman. According to Glendale Police, she suffered a cut to her head and face area, a broken foot, minor spine fractures and possibly other bone injuries. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">She was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive, Glendale PD said.
