The computer, which was released in 1998, had unheard of internet technology at the time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">So, Jobs and Apple decided to highlight their innovation in the name.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">But since then, Jobs gave other meanings to the moniker. Sure, all of his products had radical internet capabilities, but soon other companies began to catch up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Consequently, as the company grew so did the meaning.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Jobs said the &#8216;i&#8217; could stand for a whole host of iconic mission statements.
