The restaurant offers enchiladas, fajitas, nacho platters, tacos, and chicken, steak and seafood specialties. The restaurant also features a bar with handcrafted margaritas, Mexican and craft beers, and a variety of specialty cocktails.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/katy-fulshear\/dining\/2025\/10\/16\/cafe-petra-greek-lebanese-opens-2nd-katy-area-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cafe Petra Greek &amp; Lebanese<\/a><\/strong> is now serving authentic cuisine at its second Katy-area location. The cafe offers traditional Greek and Lebanese dishes, including hummus, baba ganoush, gyros, falafel and moussaka. The restaurant also offers various soups, salads and desserts.<a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/heights-river-oaks-montrose\/dining\/2025\/10\/13\/matty-gs-steakburgers-soft-opens-in-the-heights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Matty G&#8217;s<\/strong><\/a>, a sports-themed restaurant, serves steakburgers and is described by owner Matthew Gorman as a &#8220;mini hall of fame.\u201d Along with the steakburgers, Matty G\u2019s also serves salads, lobster rolls, hot dogs, wraps, street foods and side baskets like onion rings and fried pickles.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soft-opening throughout October<\/li>\n<li>1111 Studewood St., Ste. A, Houston<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.matty-gs.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.matty-gs.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coming soon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/new-caney-porter\/dining\/2025\/10\/22\/captain-crab-to-offer-seafood-in-new-caney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Captain Crab<\/strong><\/a> is coming soon to New Caney. The eatery will offer Cajun seafood including crawfish, snow crab legs, shrimp po\u2019boys and fried seafood baskets.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/heights-river-oaks-montrose\/dining\/2025\/10\/20\/los-chilaquiles-to-bring-central-mexican-flavors-to-the-houston-heights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Los Chilaquiles<\/a><\/strong> was born out of San Miguel Cuyutl\u00e1n in Mexico, and specializes in breakfast, coffee and pan dulce. While a menu has yet to be posted online, Los Chilaquiles\u2019 website highlights breakfast as a central theme.<a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/the-woodlands\/dining\/2025\/10\/15\/charm-taphouse-bbq-to-open-in-the-woodlands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Charm Taphouse &amp; BBQ<\/strong><\/a> is opening in The Woodlands. The restaurant features a fusion of Texas barbecue with the flavors of Thai cuisine, complete with a large tap wall.
