Tesla Expected to Report Sharp Q2 Deliveries Decline  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_7-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block finance-sc-block-html mntl-sc-block-html\"> Tesla (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/markets\/quote?tvwidgetsymbol=TSLA\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TSLA<\/a>)\u00a0shares are rising nearly 1% in premarket trading as investors await the electric vehicle maker&#8217;s second-quarter deliveries data, which is expected to be released Wednesday morning. Analysts from JPMorgan, William Blair, and Deutsche Bank warned clients they expect Tesla could miss delivery estimates as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/here-is-how-much-traders-expect-tesla-stock-to-move-after-deliveries-data-due-wednesday-11763718\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">demand remains weak and competition grows<\/a>. Paramount Global Settles Trump&#8217;s &#8217;60 Minutes&#8217; Lawsuit, Reports Say  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_10-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block finance-sc-block-html mntl-sc-block-html\"> Paramount Global (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/markets\/quote?tvwidgetsymbol=PARA\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PARA<\/a>) has agreed in principle to a $16 million settlement with President Donald Trump to end his lawsuit over a CBS News &#8220;60 Minutes&#8221; interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris, according to reports. Trump&#8217;s lawsuit alleged that CBS deceitfully edited the interview with the former presidential candidate. The settlement reportedly doesn&#8217;t include an apology from CBS News and is lower than the $20 million the suit initially sought. The move comes as Paramount\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/paramount-agrees-to-skydance-merger-seemingly-ending-saga-8674476\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">seeks government approval to merge<\/a>\u00a0with Skydance Media. Constellation Brands maintained its full-year earnings estimate of $12.60 to $12.90 per share, with the midpoint below analysts&#8217; projection of $12.84.\u00a0Shares reversed course in premarket trading and now are up 0.7%.\n<\/p>\n<p>  5. Verint Systems Stock Soars on Reported Talks With Buyout Firm Thoma Bravo\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_16-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block finance-sc-block-html mntl-sc-block-html\"> Verint Systems (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/markets\/quote?tvwidgetsymbol=VRNT\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">VRNT<\/a>) stock is jumping 10% in premarket trading following a Bloomberg\u00a0report that buyout firm Thoma Bravo was in talks to acquire the maker of call center software. Shares closed at $18.59 yesterday, giving the company a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/m\/marketcapitalization.asp\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">market capitalization<\/a>\u00a0of $1.12 billion.
