The<a href=\"https:\/\/citiesservedbyoncor.org\/oncor-2025-rate-increase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <strong>Oncor request<\/strong><\/a>, filed June 26 to the Texas Public Utility Commission, would result in a 12.3% increase in residential rates.
