Actress Isabelle Tate\u2019s cause of death has been confirmed.<\/p>\n
The \u201c9-1-1: Nashville\u201d actor died<\/a> of \u201ca rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease\u201d on Oct. 19, Tate\u2019s talent agency, The McCray Agency<\/a>, revealed in an Instagram Story post on Thursday.<\/p>\n She passed away \u201cpeacefully\u201d and her family \u201crequests privacy as they deal with this sudden and shocking loss.\u201d<\/p>\n The agency also included a link to donate to the CMTA, the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association.<\/p>\n \u201cIn lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Izzy\u2019s memory be made at the same link,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n Isabelle Tate in \u201c9-1-1: Nashville.\u201d ABC<\/p>\n Isabelle Tate in \u201c9-1-1: Nashville.\u201d ABC<\/p>\n \u201cCMT is a rare multisystem, multiorgan disease that causes lifelong, progressive symptoms, including muscle weakness and atrophy in the arms and legs, sensory loss, and other complications,\u201d according to the organization. \u201cThese symptoms often lead to challenges with balance, walking, hand use, and other daily activities.\u201d<\/p>\n According to TMZ, the disease confined her to a wheelchair.<\/p>\n Tate appeared on the pilot of the ABC series and it was her first major acting job. The Post has learned that the Ryan Murphy show will have an \u201cin memoriam\u201d card for her at the end of next week\u2019s episode.<\/p>\n On Wednesday, the Nashville-based McCray Agency wrote on Facebook, \u201cWe are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th.
