HOUSTON<\/strong> \u2013 If you\u2019re a Prince fan, you\u2019ll want to check out Houston\u2019s newest hotspot: a restaurant and lounge inspired by the legendary artist himself. <\/p>\n

Rain on Washington<\/a>, located at 5702 Washington Ave., brings together coastal comfort cuisine and themed drinks in a setting that\u2019s pure Prince from floor to ceiling. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday.<\/p>\n

The owner set out to blend East Coast and Southern flavors, choosing Prince as the muse for the venue thanks to a lifelong love of his music. <\/p>\n

Inside, you\u2019ll find purple marble floors and walls inspired by \u201cPurple Rain\u201d\u2014a dream come true for Prince fans and a perfect backdrop for photos.<\/p>\n

On the menu, appetizers include cheesesteak eggrolls, wings and fries, fish and fries, and a lobster melt, with prices ranging from $12 to $22. Main courses feature the Dirty Bird, Bayou Garlic Crab, Creole Baked Lobster Tail (for two), and brunch favorites like D\u2019USS\u00c9 French Toast, Lamb Chops & Grits, and Fish & Grits.<\/p>\n

At the bar, you\u2019ll find mocktails ($6\u2013$7) and cocktails ($14\u2013$17), all crafted to keep the party going.<\/p>\n
