A flood watch\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/news\/weather\/article\/cold-front-tornado-texas-21116599.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:was put into effect;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">was put into effect<\/a> at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 24, through 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 25.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/outagemap.cpsenergy.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:the CPS Energy outage map;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">the CPS Energy outage map<\/a>,\u00a0a high number of outages are located in Leon Valley area with four active outages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">CPS Energy said on social media that work crews will be responding to any reports of possible downed power lines and outages this morning. Delays in restoration may occur due to weather and road conditions, so please know that workers will also be prioritizing safety\u00a0conditions during the morning storms, CPS Energy said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Downed powerlines can be reported to 210-353-HELP (4357).<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/NWSSanAntonio\/status\/1981769826235212124\/photo\/1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:The forecast says;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">The forecast says<\/a> that rainfall totals of one-to-three inches of rain is possible, with isolated amounts up to five inches. NWS warns that excessive runoff can result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and low-lying, flood-prone areas.<\/p>\n<p>What roads in San Antonio are closed right now?<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Two roads currently are closed for resident drivers, <a href=\"https:\/\/experience.arcgis.com\/experience\/6c81a08f97e14262a01ba7d988305257\/page\/Road-Closure-Map\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:according to Bexar County;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">according to Bexar County<\/a>.
