NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A married couple and their dog were found dead in a Neptune Beach home Saturday, the Neptune Beach Police Department said.<\/p>\n Police said at 3:17 p.m., it responded to the 300 block of North Street in reference to a medical emergency.<\/p>\n Officials said they found the married couple, both 77 years old, dead in the home with their dog.<\/p>\n Neptune Beach Police requested the help of the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office Homicide Unit, and they took over the investigation. <\/p>\n Police said no foul play is involved, and they died from an accident.<\/p>\n This story will be updated with information as we learn more.<\/p>\n Copyright 2025 by WJXT News4JAX – All rights reserved.<\/p>\n About the Authors<\/p>\n Sophia Vitello joined the News4JAX team in September 2025.
