Nonprofit DoSeum will be taking over the lease and is expanding into neighboring properties, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expressnews.com\/news\/article\/broadway-good-time-charlies-childrens-museum-pearl-21110108.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the San Antonio Express-News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>DoSeum CEO Daniel Menelly told the Express-News the museum will renovate the front of the property and plans to use the extra space for outdoor programming and more parking.<\/p>\n<p>DoSeum is buying a parking lot owned by Good Time Charlie\u2019s owners and an adjacent site occupied by Taco Cabana.<\/p>\n<p>Millard Stetler and Eddie Ruffo opened Good Time Charlie\u2019s in 1979.
