Horton<\/b>, the nation\u2019s largest homebuilder, will report third-quarter results on Thursday amid an increasingly volatile market for new houses, with interest rates, tariffs and a fickle supply and demand situation continuing to make owning a home tricky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Dallas-based <b>Tenet Healthcare Corp.<\/b> also reports earnings, along with North Texas headquartered<b> ATI Inc<\/b>., Irving-based <b>Flowserve <\/b>and major national companies such as <b>Visa<\/b>,<b> UnitedHealth Group<\/b> and <b>UPS<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, Oct. 29<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The U.S. Federal Reserve\u2019s Federal Open Market Committee will announce the result of its vote on the <b>Fed Funds Interest Rate<\/b>, the influential benchmark that influences everything from home loans to commercial construction.
