Deadly crash on Gold Star Family Parkway (WJXT)<\/p>\n
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A man died early Sunday morning when he lost control on a curve and his truck flipped down an embankment on Gold Star Family Parkway, the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n The driver was headed south on Gold Star Family Parkway around 4:47 a.m. when he missed a curve about half a mile south of Lannie Road, police said.<\/p>\n The truck slid off the west side of the road, flipped down an embankment and landed in the tree line, JSO said.<\/p>\n The driver died at the scene.<\/p>\n This marks the 139th traffic fatality in Duval County
