The issue occurred at about 8:45 a.m. but was lifted by 10:30 a.m., the agency said.<\/p>\n<p>The stop was due to a staffing issue on Oakland\u2019s end, according to the FAA. It\u2019s unclear exactly how many flights were impacted.<\/p>\n<p>As of Sunday morning, there were several active events that ranged from delays to closures for airports across the country.
