The closure began on April 28, with the Walt Disney World website later updated with a reopening date of June 16, 2025. Both the Winter Course and the Summer Course were closed at the same time, though guests could still enjoy the <a href=\"https:\/\/disneyworld.disney.go.com\/recreation\/fantasia-gardens-fairways-miniature-golf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Winter Summerland has a total of two differently-themed courses with 18 holes each. Designed as Santa\u2019s Florida vacation spot, the Summer Course is themed to a tropical beach environment, while the Winter Course has ice and snow for the elves who miss the North Pole.<\/p>\n<p><a data-fslightbox=\"1\" data-type=\"image\" aria-label=\"Open fullscreen lightbox with current image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/winter-summerland-mini-golf-8723971-1200x675.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" alt=\"Santa Claus surfing statue at Winter Summerland mini golf\" class=\"wp-image-361899 lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/winter-summerland-mini-golf-8723971-1200x675.jpg\" data-eio-rwidth=\"1200\" data-eio-rheight=\"675\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The complete Winter Summerland Miniature Golf location has now officially reopened following its refurbishment, as scheduled. The <a href=\"https:\/\/disneyworld.disney.go.com\/recreation\/winter-summerland-miniature-golf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website page for the location<\/a> still has an orange refurbishment notice, but the warning still has the now-past date of June 16. We expect the refurbishment notice will be removed from the website soon. <\/p>\n<p>The refurbishment did not include any major changes to the layout or design of either course, but mostly consisted of routine repairs. There were reports some sections of the fake grass were replaced to look fresher, and some of the various props were likely repainted. <\/p>\n<p>Winter Summerland Mini Golf is now back to its usual operating hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
