{"id":338814,"date":"2025-10-28T17:13:14","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T17:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/338814\/"},"modified":"2025-10-28T17:13:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T17:13:14","slug":"lilah-kojoori-to-exit-nickelodeon-as-vp-communications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/338814\/","title":{"rendered":"Lilah Kojoori To Exit Nickelodeon As VP Communications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tLilah\u00a0Kojoori, VP of Communications for <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/nickelodeon\/\" id=\"auto-tag_nickelodeon\" data-tag=\"nickelodeon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nickelodeon<\/a> and Paramount+ Kids &amp; Family, is leaving the company after more than 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Kojoori joined Nickelodeon in 2006 and went on to oversee publicity for many of the network\u2019s iconic franchises, including\u00a0SpongeBob SquarePants,\u00a0Victorious,\u00a0Big Time Rush,\u00a0Henry Danger,\u00a0Tyler Perry\u2019s Young Dylan,\u00a0The Thundermans, and\u00a0Avatar: The Last Airbender.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tOver the years, Kojoori worked closely with young Hollywood talents who became household names under the Nickelodeon banner, including Ariana Grande, Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, Victoria Justice, Keke Palmer, Jace Norman, Breanna Yde, Jack Griffo, Kira Kosarin, Isabela Merced, and JoJo Siwa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn addition to guiding communications for the network, Kojoori shepherded legacy reboots such as\u00a0All That,\u00a0Are You Afraid of the Dark?,\u00a0Double Dare,\u00a0Legends of the Hidden Temple, and most recently\u00a0Good Burger 2,\u00a0Zoey 102, and a multi-season revival of\u00a0iCarly.<\/p>\n<p>With her work extending beyond series campaigns. Kojoori helped expand Nickelodeon\u2019s presence at marquee events, including the Super Bowl, San Diego Comic-Con, VidCon, and the Kids\u2019 Choice Awards.  Additionally, she steered communications through Nickelodeon\u2019s transition into a multiplatform brand and the growth of Kids &amp; Family programming on Paramount+, overseeing launches for\u00a0School Spirits,\u00a0Little Wing, and\u00a0Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tYou can read Kojoori\u2019s exit memo to staff below.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote pullquote-deadline larva \/\/ memo lrv-u-background-color-brand-secondary-light\">\n<p>After more than two decades at Nickelodeon and Paramount+ Kids &amp; Family, I\u2019ve made the bittersweet decision to close this chapter of my career. It has been an extraordinary privilege to help shape the stories, events, and campaigns that have defined so many milestone moments for kids and families \u2013 whether it was championing shows like iCarly, Big Time Rush, Double Dare, Victorious, School Spirits, Good Burger 2 and SpongeBob SquarePants, or building unforgettable experiences at Comic-Con and the Kids\u2019 Choice Awards. None of it would have been possible without the brilliant, dedicated team I had the honor of working alongside.<\/p>\n<p>What I\u2019ll miss most, though, are the people \u2013 the colleagues who became collaborators, mentors, and friends. I feel incredibly fortunate to have shared this journey with you, and I know that while my role here may be ending, the friendships and connections we\u2019ve built will continue.
