Mamani, the French contemporary restaurant led by chef Christophe De Lellis, earned its first Michelin Star Tuesday night, after opening in September. The honor gives Dallas two Michelin-starred restaurants in the 2025 Michelin Guide Texas, announced at a ceremony in Houston.

Mamani joins Tatsu Dallas, which retained its one-star rating from last year’s inaugural Texas guide.
