{"id":343669,"date":"2025-10-30T17:54:14","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T17:54:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/343669\/"},"modified":"2025-10-30T17:54:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T17:54:14","slug":"local-fitness-center-changes-ownership-in-north-san-antonio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/343669\/","title":{"rendered":"Local fitness center changes ownership in North San Antonio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA North San Antonio-based fitness center and workout program has changed ownership in the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At a glance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.madabolic.com\/tx\/la-cantera-heights\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">MADabolic<\/a> shifted direction this summer, with new Owner Vickie Sanchez taking over the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 17022 Fiesta Texas Drive, Sanchez said they are holding a grand re-opening celebration on Oct. 25 to recognize the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>The gym is a part of a network of locally-owned franchises across the country, with locations from North Carolina to Oregon, according to their website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s special about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MADabolic specializes in group workout sessions and individual training with a unique approach.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/madabolic.com\/the-workout\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">official training system<\/a> consists of four 50-minute classes per week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe offer three class styles: momentum, anaerobic and durability,\u201d Sanchez said in an email to Community Impact.<\/p>\n<p>Classes and workouts include \u201cstrength-driven group workouts with a focus on one-on-one coaching,\u201d Sanchez added.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A North San Antonio-based fitness center and workout program has changed ownership in the city.
