Jon Rahm is one of LIV Golf\u2019s biggest hitters, so keeping him happy will be paramount for the Saudi-backed outfit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rahm<\/a> jumped ship from the PGA Tour to join LIV Golf<\/a> at the end of 2023, and he was a huge coup for them.<\/p>\n

There was always a feeling that he could switch allegiances, after Rahm backed his countryman Sergio Garcia\u2019s move to LIV<\/a> in 2022, while he was still a PGA Tour player.<\/p>\n

The Spaniard has won twice on LIV, although he is without a victory so far this season.<\/p>\n

Rahm\u2019s record of finishing inside the top-10 in every LIV event<\/a> he played ended last week in Dallas, where he finished in a tie for 11th.<\/p>\n

The 30-year-old has improved greatly in the majors over the past year, with three top-10s to his name in his last four starts.<\/p>\n

Alongside Bryson DeChambeau, Rahm is one of the two biggest faces of LIV Golf, so catering to his needs should be one of the hierarchy\u2019s main priorities.<\/p>\n

However, the leaked LIV Schedule for 2026 has left many people completely bemused.<\/p>\n

LIV\u2019s failure to gain recognition from the Official Golf World Rankings<\/a> is still proving to be a big problem when it comes to attracting more top players.<\/p>\n

There are some really strange scheduling decisions there. The 18-day gap between the end of LIV South Africa and the start of The Masters will undoubtedly be a particular bone of contention with the players.<\/p>\n

And Fried Egg Podcast host Andy Johnson suggested that Rahm will be furious with how the tournaments in 2026 have been laid out.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean I know Jon Rahm is going to be licking his chops (sarcasm). I think he\u2019s been cryptically saying it\u2019s not the best way to prepare for majors, the current situation. So I know he\u2019s got to be floored with the idea of prepping for The Masters with Riyadh, Adelaide, Hong Kong, Singapore and then South Africa three weeks before the Masters, that\u2019s how you lead into The Masters.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Rahm has been incredibly consistent this season, but his failure to win will be really frustrating for him.<\/p>\n

And nobody would be surprised if he ends up with a couple of wins by the time the 2025 season is finished, and maybe a Claret Jug to his name as well.<\/p>\n

However, he will need to improve on the greens if he is going to do just that.
