{"id":344599,"date":"2025-10-31T02:51:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T02:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/344599\/"},"modified":"2025-10-31T02:51:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T02:51:12","slug":"valley-mexican-restaurant-someburros-adding-3-more-locations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/344599\/","title":{"rendered":"Valley Mexican restaurant Someburros adding 3 more locations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 Someburros, a Chandler-based Mexican restaurant, announced Tuesday that it is planning to add three locations around the Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The new locations would bring the chain to a total of 20 restaurant across the Grand Canyon state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are a proud Arizona-based, family-owned company dedicated to providing a dining experience that feels like an extension of home, whether guests are gathered around one of our restaurant tables or use our drive-throughs to make daily life a little less hectic,\u201d Someburros Owner Tim Vasquez said in the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy very first job was suiting up as our mascot, and I\u2019ve been committed to this company ever since. That includes maintaining the quality and affordability of our nanna\u2019s recipes and the community spirit that defines us \u2014 while also finding ways to thoughtfully expand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Where are the Someburros locations going to be?<\/p>\n<p>One location will be in Maricopa on the northwest corner of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/nfSoX8nBqAdAjYyd6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road<\/a> in the Stonegate retail center.<\/p>\n<p>The 1.21 acres of land was the restaurant\u2019s latest acquisition with the help of Western Retail Advisors, a Phoenix-based retail brokerage specialist.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant itself is expected to be 3,519 square feet and include a main dining room, drive-thru and covered patio.\u00a0The location will also offer online ordering and third-party delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Another location will be in Surprise within the Barclay-owned retail center Sycamore Farms. The restaurant will be in the southwest corner of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/jxhQ39RCjA9WG1ih8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Cactus Road and Sarival Avenue<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is currently underway and the location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The third and final restaurant will be located on 1.15 acres within the Shops at Lake Pleasant in Peoria. The location will be in the southwest corner of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/3pSgvEZcbuNCjdbQ6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Yearling Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It will be the second Someburros in Peoria and its opening is planned for summer 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur site selection process for Someburros focuses not only on the real estate but also on opportunities to truly become part of the neighborhood, whether that\u2019s in an emerging market or a long-established area,\u201d Western Retail Advisors\u2019 Alberto Caballero said in the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery new site is chosen with these aspirations in mind, aligning with the company\u2019s desire to help strengthen the fabric of the communities it serves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The added locations come after Someburros opened a restaurant within SimonCRE\u2019s Roosevelt Commons retail center in Buckeye in June.<\/p>\n<p>It also recently signed an agreement with the Arizona Cardinals and Arizona Diamondbacks for locations within State Farm Stadium and Chase Field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn recent years, we\u2019ve moved from opening one new location every three or so years to now opening one or two locations every year,\u201d Vasquez said. \u201cIt is an exciting time for our family, and we are grateful for all those who have helped us succeed in this effort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;\">Have a story idea or tip?
