The TCS New York City Marathon returns Nov. 2, attracting the world\u2019s greatest runners and the Five Boroughs\u2019 quippiest spectators. Before over 55,000 runners hit the streets on Sunday, we\u2019d like to shed light on the burden of their two million friends, family, and supporters: designing a clever sign.<\/p>\n

Based on last year\u2019s performances \u2014 courtesy of our friends at @whatisnewyork \u2014 they\u2019ve got quite a tough act to follow. Here are a few of our favorites:<\/p>\n
