Getting into the spirit of spooky season, Vice President JD Vance donned a wig to complete the most horrifying costume of all: the iconic \u201cbabyface Vance\u201d meme that has dogged the second-in-command since October of last year.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Halloween kids and remember, say thank you,\u201d Vance in a video shared to TikTok. He then spins around, mimicking his likeness in various memes, as The Twilight Zone theme plays.<\/p>\n

Vance\u2019s political adversaries immediately pounced on the blatant attempt to get in on the public mockery. <\/p>\n

\u201cPOV you\u2019re a brand new IKEA sectional,\u201d the Democrats\u2019 official X account captioned the image<\/a>, a nod to the viral rumors that Vance has a peculiar fondness for couches.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve already got a costume,\u201d Vance wrote<\/a> on X in response to Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna asking if he would wear a \u201cMAGA sombrero\u201d for Halloween. He then shared<\/a> a \u201cbabyface Vance\u201d meme with the caption: \u201cCan you hear the screaming?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah it\u2019s children running through strawberry fields to escape your goons,\u201d California Governor Gavin Newsom replied<\/a> in a fresh salvo in his ongoing social media war with the Trump administration. <\/p>\n

\u201cPosted by the perpetually online full-time social media troll who holds the title of Vice President of the United States,\u201d wrote<\/a> MeidasTouch editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski.<\/p>\n

Vance regularly attempts to engage in the deeply online trolling culture that saturates X.<\/p>\n

Edits of Vance\u2019s face shared online have been added to a parody of Fantasy Island\u2019s Tattoo to create the Vance character on the latest season of South Park, which has continued to savage the incumbent administration.<\/p>\n
