He would find it quite painful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Though Charles and Andrew are reportedly not especially close, Andrew \u201cis his brother, and he will feel some care and affection and concern for him,\u201d the source said. \u201cBut he wouldn\u2019t have wanted to make that decision.
