The renaissance man \u2014comedian, actor, writer, producer, podcaster, director and comic book aficionado \u2014 is back at it again with a return to action on your pull list, and Buddy Christ won\u2019t be left behind.<\/p>\n<p>Jay and Silent Bob return with the third installment of the View Askewniverse, titled Quick Stops, and Buddy Christ will be thankful they did. After Buddy Christ suffers the heist, Jay and Silent Bob have a plan (though arguably not exactly a wise one), and that\u2019s to summon the Angel of Death for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>                        The Herald of Almighty Returns!<\/p>\n<p>        <img width=\"1650\" height=\"1058\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Dogma Alan Rickman\" data-img-url=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/dogma_b4114eef.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/dogma_b4114eef.jpg\"\/><br \/>\n        Courtesy of MovieStillsDB<\/p>\n<p>That plan goes extremely wrong, and they instead find themselves accidentally reuniting with Metatron, a powerful angel and the Herald of the Almighty who was made an on-screen character by Smith <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbr.com\/dogma-review-kevin-smith-resurrection-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">in his controversial 1999 film Dogma,<\/a> portrayed at the time by actor Alan Rickman. The Voice of the One True God would like a word with Jay and Silent Bob about everything that\u2019s going on, and their answers will likely not give him exactly what he\u2019s looking for, if what he&#8217;s looking for is a reasonable thought process behind their actions.<\/p>\n<p>There can be little guesswork as to what plot twists and comedically genius moments await, but a first look at the four-part Quick Stops series above lends to the imagination in a big way.
