{"id":349623,"date":"2025-11-02T05:08:16","date_gmt":"2025-11-02T05:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/349623\/"},"modified":"2025-11-02T05:08:16","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T05:08:16","slug":"nancy-silvertons-next-culinary-venture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/349623\/","title":{"rendered":"Nancy Silverton\u2019s Next Culinary Venture"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here\u2019s an early look at Spacca Tutto, opening in August 2026<\/p>\n<p>On the heels of a few other new local projects, James Beard Award-winning chef Nancy Silverton will be bringing a new Italian American steakhouse concept to the Pacific Palisades. <\/p>\n<p>Spacca Tutto (Italian for \u201cgo for it\u201d) at Palisades Village builds on what Silverton started with her restaurant Chi SPACCA and will be a collaboration with Rick Caruso and River Jetty Restaurant Group. Although the restaurant isn\u2019t opening until August 2026, early renderings and concepts offer an exciting early look at what\u2019s in store.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/McG-Nancy-Silverton-Rick-Caruso-Credit-Laura-Grier-2-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"Photo of McG, Nancy Silverton, and Caruso\" class=\"wp-image-277725\"  \/>Left to right: Joseph \u201cMcG\u201d Nichol, Nancy Silverton, and Rick CarusoCredit: Laura Grier<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted to bring a new concept to the Westside, pulling inspiration from the Italian flavors that Angelenos know well, alongside some new dishes inspired by a classic American steakhouse. I\u2019m honored to be a part of the future of the Palisades,\u201d said Nancy Silverton, co-owner of the Mozza Restaurant Group (behind Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza).\u00a0The concept will help contribute to Palisades Village\u2019s efforts to rebuild the community following the January 2025 fires.<\/p>\n<p>Silverton and her team are behind a number of other new projects in addition to Spacca Tutto. <a href=\"https:\/\/lamag.com\/food\/phil-rosenthal-chef-nancy-silverton-open-larchmont-diner-max-and-helens\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">She teamed with Phil Rosenthal to open the upcoming diner Max &amp; Helen\u2019s in Larchmont Village<\/a>, and she\u2019s also working on Lapaba, an Italian-Korean pasta bar opening this fall in Koreatown.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Spacca-Tutto_Indoor-Bar-Arrival_Credit_AvroKO-1200x675.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-277723\"  \/>Credit: Renderings by AvroKO<\/p>\n<p>Spacca Tutto will offer a robust steak program alongside American classics and light fare, making it a destination for lunch, dinner or drinks, and both daytime and evening dining.
