HOUSTON \u2014 A man was hospitalized and two people were detained after a shooting early Sunday morning in Houston, according to police.<\/p>\n
Lt. Ali with the Houston Police Department said the call came in around 3 a.m. from the intersection of Brazos Street and Webster Street. When officers arrived, they found a man with at least one gunshot wound.<\/p>\n
He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n
Lt. Ali said two persons of interest were detained for questioning, and officers recovered a firearm at the scene. HPD\u2019s Major Assaults Division was called and is en route to investigate further.<\/p>\n
